Email & other Services

My email is provided by Google Workspace and Gmail, and so all emails you send to me (and vice versa) are accessed and stored there. My account is secured via a strong, unique password and uses two-factor authentication for extra security.

Other services that I use to communicate and share documents and data with clients include Whatsapp, Slack, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Privacy policies for these services can be found on their respective websites.

FYI - data for these services will likely be stored in the USA.

If for any reason you require a record of any/all communications or data I hold for you, or you wish me to delete any/all of it, then I will do so within 28 days of receiving your written request.

If for whatever reason my security is compromised or I suffer from a data breach, I will inform all relevant parties within 72 hours of learning about the issue.
